When using the cancel button, it will delete the pending transport from the inmates active booking. From time to time transports are cancelled and rescheduled; however, a record of the scheduled transport needs to be maintained. When using the cancel option, can it be setup to retain the record and to provide a reason for why the transport was cancelled? If the record needs to be deleted, it can always be accomplished through the inmate's active booking.
