According to NIBRS rules, robbery charges require property, but it is a given that attempted robbery means no property was taken. Could we have a way (even an Agency Setting) to automatically add a "None" property element when a charge of Attempted Robbery is added to a report the same way an Unknown Suspect or Victim of Society is added currently?
