Currently, there are 2 colors/verbiage for PTI appointments. These are auto generated for past (red) and upcoming (green) appointments. Also, currently, there is a box we could check for “Appointment Show up”. It would be useful if there were more boxes to choose from and it would be great if the color/verbiage changed based on if a box was checked. Instead of having past (red) and upcoming (green) auto generate, the default color could be grey with no verbiage. Then, when/if we check one of the box options, the color/verbiage would change, based on the box checked. If you uncheck a box, the color will go back to the grey default with no verbiage. Alternatively, the past (red) and upcoming (green) fields could stay, but you could add another field beside it where the color/verbiage would be added based on if a box is checked.
