Is there a way to turn off the feature that makes the first unit On Scene primary officer? Our agency uses first assigned unit

Daily Summary report
Requesting a Daily Summary report for dispatch, similar to the daily case summary deputies have for their reports. Just a way to generate a summary of the past 12-24 hours for incidents that may have been logged, especially if we could make it so it tailors based on priority.

Show on-duty units on Mobile handheld/phone app map
Deputies would like the phone app to have a map section similar to CAD Mobile to where you can see all on duty units on the map (AVL) and all of the calls on the map. They would also like to have units list of all units on duty.

Caution Notes
For caution notes that are entered into the CAD, Address and Persons, also show those cautions in RMS, CAD Mobile, Records. When searching the name / address, those cautions should warn you and show what was typed.
